What is your refund policy?
The SOUL INSOLE store offers a 90-day money back guarantee. Please make sure to include all the accessories and the original box. You are responsible for the costs associated with shipping, however, you will be reimbursed for your original purchase amount (not including shipping).

If you ordered the wrong size and need to exchange, please contact us.  You will be responsible for shipping the item back to our facility.  We will cover the cost to ship the new size to you.
